Coming from a family who loves the art of cooking and eating. Joey grew up in his parent’s restaurant learning how to cook and serve at a young age. Innately loving food and hospitality, Joey found himself immersed in the family business at 19. He continued to learn from his parents and eventually opened his first restaurant in Lilburn in 2005. Shortly afterwards he opened two more restaurants, in Roswell and Midtown. Joey can be found working hard for his employees and community, motivated by his passion for food and more importantly his drive to have an impact. He enjoys our lasagna and Greek salad. On his time off he can be found enjoying an old fashion or spending time with his lovely wife and two wrestlers.
Beginning his career in North Carolina, Adam was able to acquire the skills to become a restaurant professional. As a restaurant professional for 30 years, Adam finds himself motivating our team and streamlining customer service. Torn between our pizza and carbonara as his favorites, Adam is well versed in our whole menu. On his free time, he likes to travel, listen to music, and surf. Adam is also a proud father of four awesome kids.
Starting with Bambinelli’s at just 15 years old, Christian has been a part of the Bambinelli’s team since 2015. While working with Bambinelli’s through high school and college, he has earned his way into upper management. Christian enjoys being a part of Bambinelli’s where he has an impact not only on our team, but also on our community every day. His favorite pizza is our white pie with meatballs. Christian is currently completing his education and enjoys being a competitive triathlete.
After beginning his career with Bambinelli’s in 2006, Jody quickly became a manager in 2008. Passionate not just for our food and drinks but most importantly serving our community and team, Jody has always been a strong leader. Jody can be found behind the bar as our martini specialist. He enjoys a classic old fashion alongside our chicken parmigiana. When he is not hard at work, Jody likes to go boating or spend time with friends and loved ones.
As a native from Atlanta, Haley started with Bambinelli’s in 2015. She is a hardworking and dedicated young lady. She is motivated by her love for hospitality and her passion for our customers. Haley can be found enjoying our pizza and Blackberry Martini on her days off. She also enjoys exploring Georgia on hikes, her favorite spot is Stone Mountain.
Joe began his time with Bambinelli’s in 2006, shortly after the opening of our location in Lilburn. He first started as a dishwasher and delivery driver before serving, cooking, and eventually moving to management. Joe has spent years working with and learning from both Bonnie and Joey Bambinelli. He enjoys the challenge of operating a busy restaurant while finding ways to uphold and improve upon the traditions of what has made Bambinelli’s a special place and local favorite for decades. Joe is a father of two, enjoys music, nature, and prefers the quiet of the countryside over city life.
Beginning his hospitality career in 2007, Byron spent over a decade in Atlantic city developing his skills. He started at Buddakan in Atlantic City for 5 years and then at Harrahs casino for 5 more. He worked his way up to become an elite bartender before finding his dream job at Bambinelli’s. Byron has been an amazing new addition to our team, He enjoys serving the community and having an impact on our customers. As a Newark New Jersey native, Byron has always been a big fanatic of Italian cuisine. Byron’s favorite Bambinelli’s drink is our Peach Martini. On his days off Byron can be found spending time with his beautiful wife and his two sweet ballerinas.
Raised in Kenya, Erick was a part of the Kenyan national rugby team before joining our team here at Bambinellis. He was able to use his teamwork and leadership skills to grow into a management role at Bambinelli’s. His favorite meal is the chicken parmigiana. On his time off he enjoys our strawberry margarita, and spending time with his wife.
Brian was born in California into a military family. He can be found playing and watching sports or bass fishing, when he is not hard at work or spending quality time with his loving wife and 2 beautiful daughters. Brian has proudly been a part of the Bambinelli’s team since 2011, for 11 years! His favorite dish is the Bada Bing Hero. However, Brian claims his favorite thing about our team is the camaraderie and teamwork displayed when we are busy.
As the latest addition to Bambinelli’s, Elisa is
excited to learn about our team and our customers. She was born in Honduras but
grew up in Georgia. Throughout high school and college, she worked in Italian
restaurants which developed her customer service and hospitality skills. After
graduating from the University of Central Florida, she found her new home in
Atlanta. On her free time Elisa can be found exploring different art mediums,
dancing, baking, or trying something new.
